It all starts with a meeting - usually in person,
but sometimes over the phone. You tell us your
“must haves” - school system, geographic
location, lot size, HOA desires, number of
bedrooms / bathrooms needed, basement or not,
etc. The most important part of this is the
payment range that you are comfortable with on
a monthly basis. This gets us started looking for
your home.
If we haven’t already covered it before we start
searching for you, we need to get you connected
with a lender (if financing) or get proof of funds
(if paying cash). Does your desired payment line
up with what the lender is willing to give you???
If not, we can adjust your price range
accordingly.
Once we have all of the above information, it is
time to start looking. We will try to send you the
homes that meet or exceed what you need in
your given price range. This process could take a
few weeks or a few months, depending on your
needs. Of course, the more specific your needs,
the longer it will likely take to find your home.
We will show you as many homes as we need to
in order to find the right home for you.
